BIO:
Having grown up in an entrepreneurial household, Rusty became employee number 8 at a Houston-based software company, which was later acquired by a Fortune 500 company. Following this, he spent several years climbing the corporate ladder to the position of Division Manager. In 2005, Rusty made the decision to return to the entrepreneurial sphere by purchasing a franchise with The Alternative Board. This venture allowed him to coach and mentor local entrepreneurs while also teaching entrepreneurship at The University of Houston, renowned for its top-ranked undergraduate entrepreneurship program. In 2014, Rusty became an EOS Implementer, combining his passion for teaching with his desire to assist business owners and entrepreneurs.
